More specifically, it entails management, maintenance, and optimization of alumni data systems and operational workflows that support engagement, communications, and reporting. It also entails ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:maintain and update the alumni database with accurate contact, employment, and engagement recordsensure data quality through regular audits, duplication checks, and validation processesdevelop and enforce data entry protocols and privacy compliance standardsmanage the alumni CRM platform and generate segmented lists of alumni for communications, events, and fundraising campaignsproduce regular reports on alumni engagement, event participation, and campaign performanceanalyze trends to inform strategy and improve outreach effectivenesssupport impact measurement for alumni programmes and alumni donor stewardshipmanage issuance of alumni cards, life-long email addresses and other alumni related materialcoordinate logistics for mass communications, surveys, and digital campaignsmaintain documentation of processes, SOPs, and data workflowssupport vendor coordination and procurement for alumni operationsliaise with other departments for efficient execution of Alumni Affairs deliverables.Qualifications Experience:Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field1-2 years of experience in data management, CRM administration, or operationsproficiency in Excel and data visualization platformsfamiliarity with data privacy best practicesexperience in higher education or nonprofit sector is a plusstrong analytical and problem-solving skillsdetail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracyability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinescollaborative mindset and service-oriented attitudediscretion and integrity in handling sensitive data.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted Introduction to the Aga Khan University: Introduction to the Aga Khan University: Chartered in 1983, it is a private, autonomous and self-governing international university with 13 teaching sites in 6 countries distributed across three continents.
