We are seeking a highly driven QA Automation Engineer who is passionate about quality engineering, automation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will define scalable testing strategies, strengthen engineering excellence, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products across platforms. You will play a key role in evolving our automation frameworks, enhancing test coverage, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive a quality-first culture.What Youll DoQuality Engineering AutomationBuild and promote a quality-driven engineering culture that supports rapid and reliable product delivery.Lead quality initiatives across features and platforms, ensuring high standards and effective risk mitigation.Plan, design, and execute scalable test strategies across core products and services.Architect and maintain automation frameworks to support functional, regression, and integration testing.Define, implement, and monitor key quality metrics to measure test effectiveness and product quality.Drive continuous improvements in QA processes for better coverage, faster defect detection, and higher automation maturity.Address cross-platform QA challenges and introduce innovative methods to improve systems and signals.Collaboration Continuous ImprovementWork closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust end-to-end testing and release readiness.Leverage automation to reduce regressions and enhance stability across environments.Partner with stakeholders to refine test infrastructure, automation pipelines, and CI/CD integrations.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through proactive issue identification and solutioning.What You Know5 years of hands-on experience in QA automation using Selenium and BrowserStack.Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and agile frameworks.Proven ability to design and develop automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.Experience defining test strategies, writing test cases, and driving quality initiatives across product lifecycles.Familiarity with defect tracking systems, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.Additional RequirementsSelf-starter with a strong passion for quality and continuous learning.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Experience with mobile or cross-browser testing is a plus.EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
