Position Summary:This role is responsible for overseeing the deployment, optimization, and management of the organizations cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure systems. This includes administering hardware, storage, network connectivity, and services, along with the management of hybrid cloud environment. The role is essential in ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of both cloud and on-premise IT environments, including backup and disaster recovery systems, email services, and server management. The position ensures the organizations IT infrastructure supports business continuity, security, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:The role involves comprehensive management of cloud and infrastructure systems, including the deployment, configuration, and operation of servers and storage systems.Managing hybrid cloud environments such as Microsoft Cloud (Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Key Vault etc.), VMware, and on-premise systems.Administering IT services like Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Backup solutions, SCCM, SCOM, and Symantec Antivirus, as well as continuously optimizing server and application performance.Overseeing enterprise data backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity and compliance with disaster recovery standards.Ensuring seamless integration between on-premise infrastructure and cloud systems, manages secure access to cloud resources, and handles Office 365 configurations.Developing business continuity strategies and leads migrations, updates, and integrations to minimize disruption and ensure maximum uptime.Leading the design and implementation of hybrid cloud strategies and migration methodologies to align with business needs.Collaborating with senior leadership to shape IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, focusing on scalability, cost optimization, and security.Developing and maintaining a roadmap for cloud services, hybrid cloud environments, and on-premise infrastructure to ensure long-term growth and resilience.Evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and services to enhance infrastructure and cloud operations.Requirements:10 years of relevant experience.At least a bachelors degree.Proven experience in managing cloud (Office 365, Azure) and on-premise IT infrastructure environments.Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, hybrid cloud strategies, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) models.Expertise in systems administration, including Windows Active Directory, Exchange Servers, VMware.Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions (e.g., SCCM, SCOM, Manage Engine).In-depth understanding of security policies and practices for both cloud and on-premise environments.Ability to design, implement, and optimize disaster recovery strategies and ensure business continuity.Experience with performance monitoring tools and troubleshooting critical incidents related to cloud and on-premise infrastructure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex systems and resolve technical issues promptly.Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams, security professionals, and leadership.
