We are a privately owned leading Managed IT Services company (Managed Service Provider). Since 1997 we have specialized in providing managed IT services and managed security services for our clients. which are made up of small to medium-sized enterprises. We are looking for highly passionate individuals to join our team to help and drive the growth and success of our company.So here is the Job:This is a new position, to be located at our corporate offices in Lahore, Pakistan You will have responsibility for identifying potential new business opportunities that will increase the company’s client base and market share. You will build our market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business through strong strategic relationships where you will guide clients and prospects in the development of Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) solution strategies with accountability for achieving revenue and financial goals. This individual will be a key member contributor to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) business strategy and will provide the leadership, team building and execution necessary to drive revenue and partnerships in the IMS/MSP services and solutions market.Job Duties:Create and execute a unified sales and BD strategy for IMS/MSP solutionsOversee and guide clients and prospects in the development of solution strategies with accountability for revenue and financial goals set by our CEOPartner with internal leaders on identifying the right companies for alliances and partnershipsProvide thought leadership on the trends and opportunities in the IMS/MSP marketplace and sell a full portfolio of solutions (cloud/QA/mobile/web/managed services/consulting services)Understand end user decision making and influence how we best to generate revenue and adoption in the IMS/MSP industry ecosystemLead and manage change within own area of responsibility as well as oversee demand generation, lead qualification, and account penetration strategiesRespond to RFP’s write sales proposals and win contracts for long-term consulting opportunitiesEffectively sell to C-level executives among our clients and prospectsCommunicate effectively and be a master at translating technical jargon to non-technical audienceCold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customersPerforming customized targeted sales strategiesSharing information about company/product/organization by following sales scriptsMeeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive callsFacilitating future salesAnswering potential customer questions and follow-up call questionsClosing sales and leading customer through purchasing processUnderstanding customer needs and offering solutions and supportMaintaining record of calls through computerized systemCollecting and updating call informationEngaging customer during phone call with questionsPrevious cold calling experience in outbound call center or related sales experience preferredPrevious Experience of Marketing IT ProductsExcellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customersRequirementsAt least 3 years of professional experiencePrevious industry selling consulting/professional services and/or software products. Experience selling IT services a definite plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsWilling and able to interact/transact with C-level or technical audiencesStrong experience leveraging industry best practices with sales and business developmentStrong experience networking and prospecting.
