This role is central to ensuring effective leadership execution by managing the CEOs schedule, communications, meetings, and key internal and external interactions while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and strategic insight.Reporting of the RoleThis role reports to the CEO, WPP Media PKWhat Your Day Job Looks Like At WPP MediaExecutive Support Calendar ManagementMaintain and proactively manage the CEOs complex calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prioritize engagements and optimize CEOs time to align with business priorities.Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and background documents for all meetings.Communication CorrespondenceScreen, prioritize, and respond to CEOs email and communications on their behalf when appropriate.Draft letters, emails, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.Facilitate clear and timely communication between CEO and stakeholders.Meeting Coordination Follow-UpOrganize executive meetings, including logistics, materials, and minutes.Ensure action items are tracked and followed up with relevant teams.Attend internal/external meetings to capture key decisions and deliverables.Travel LogisticsPlan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, visas, accommodation, and transport.Prepare detailed travel briefs, expense claims, and itineraries.Confidentiality Information ManagementHandle sensitive information with discretion and strict confidentiality.Maintain organized records for legal, strategic, and operational documentation.Representation Stakeholder EngagementServe as a liaison between CEO and senior leadership, clients, partners, and internal teams.Represent the CEOs office professionally and appropriately in all interactions.Special Projects InitiativesLead or support special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic deliverables as assigned by the CEO.Facilitate coordination with functional heads and project stakeholders.What Youll BringExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Superior organizational and time-management abilities.Advanced proficiency in calendar management, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual meeting tools.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface across all levels of staff and external partners.Strategic thinking with high emotional intelligence and discretion.Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and work under pressure.Qualifications SkillsEducationBachelors degree in business administration, communications, or related field (Masters preferred but not required).Experience3 years of executive support or senior administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a corporate or media/advertising environment.Life At WPP Media BenefitsOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and were just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
