This role is designed for a systems-first leader who can bring structure, cadence, and operational rigor across the business while enabling the Founder to focus on strategy and expansion.This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role. You will diagnose gaps, rebuild operating rhythms, and implement repeatable systems across Operations, Product, Go-To-Market, and Compliance.
