Location:Paragon City, Lahore (Onsite)Timings:10:00 AM to 7:00 PMCompensation:Market-competitive salary performance bonusesKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the customer success process for new and existing clients.Drive onboarding and platform implementation, ensuring seamless adoption.Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.Monitor customer engagement, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics.Conduct regular follow-ups, training sessions, and success reviews.Identify risks and opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction.Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to platform improvements.Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a smooth operational experience.Prepare performance reports and success insights for internal teams and leadership.Requirements3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Software Implementation.Experience with SaaS, software platforms, or healthcare tech (preferred).Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and handle client expectations professionally.Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
