The Millennium Education (TME) Group is a leading private educational network in Pakistan, known for its commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and holistic development.Job Responsibilities:The Communications Engagement Officer must ensure smooth and seamless communication and coordination between Management, Departments Campuses of TME nationwide through regular and effective communication flow which includes policy implementation, planning for academic and activity calendar, admissions support, publications, marketing, outreach, advertising, and partnerships with other stakeholders.Handling student affairs activities/events at national level of all TME campuses. Standardizing non-academic/non scholastic calendar at all TME campuses include events management, daily communications, parental surveys, academic calendar support, responding to parents queries/ complaints, record keeping management, ensuring ISO standards and management best practices, Parents Day, sports day, graduation ceremony planning and school activity calendar management.Designing and disseminating resources for student affairs, admissions, and marketing. He/ she will research, develop, and implement fundraising opportunities and marketing strategies and work in partnership with relevant stakeholders, faith institutions and other agencies to maximize regeneration opportunities for all The Millennium Education Group (RMS/FWS/TMS/FWC) stakeholders and community at large.Lead marketing campaigns, publications, and promotional material creation and implement branding and outreach strategies aligned with TMEs vision.Build partnerships with stakeholders, faith institutions, and agencies.Also, planning developing of strategies, interventions, and campaigns to handle future needs of the organization and growth in relevant markets.
