We specialise in digital and influencer marketing for music.We run 10-15 campaigns per month and manage one of the largest networks of TikTok pages and influencers focused on music marketing. Alongside our agency work, we operate our own label, supporting artists and generating revenue through streaming.Over the last 12 months, we generated over 500 million streams on Spotify and around 50 billion views on TikTok.The roleWe are looking for a Data Analyst – Finance to own finance reporting and support data-driven decision-making across campaigns and the wider business. You will be the go-to person for finance reporting, profitability analysis, and performance insights, helping the team improve ROI across content and streaming.Responsibilities Own finance reporting across campaigns and company-wide performance. Analyse campaign profitability and provide clear insights to stakeholders. Track and analyse content spend to improve ROI and budget allocation. Manage transactions and refunds across influencers and campaign partners. Generate and maintain accurate client invoices and related documentation. Assess overall company profit and loss (PL), including periodic reporting. Assess streaming performance and guide the team on data-driven strategies to improve ROI. Act as the go-to point of contact for finance reporting questions and ad-hoc analysis.What we’re looking forMust-have: 2 years of relevant experience. Strong SQL skills. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capability. Tableau experience (dashboards and reporting). Financial reporting and bookkeeping experience. Budgeting and spend tracking. Campaign analytics and performance reporting. Streaming analytics and insight generation. Predictive analysis for revenue and streaming performance.
