Through its extensive experience and diverse client base, including major blue-chip companies, it has garnered strong credentials and expertise in the industry.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, specializing in the design, development, and commissioning of automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in PLCs, DCS, and associated instrumentation, and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end automation solutions across diverse industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities Design Development:Develop detailed automation system architectures, I/O lists, and control philosophies.Prepare and review functional design specifications (FDS), cause effect diagrams, and control narratives.Configure and program PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.) and DCS platforms (Honeywell, Emerson, Yokogawa, etc.).Develop HMI/SCADA graphics and dashboards. Project ExecutionParticipate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing).Lead or support on-site commissioning, loop checking, and start-up activities.Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to ensure smooth operation and achieve process KPIs. Documentation StandardsGenerate as-built documentation, user manuals, and training materials.Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, ISA, local codes).Maintain clear project records and technical documentation.
