Role SummaryThe Engineer EP supports production operations, field engineering activities, and shutdown/maintenance jobs for oil gas clients. The role ensures smooth coordination between site teams and clients while contributing to technical analysis, reporting, and execution support within Descons Industrial Services Division.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily tasks, performance and highlight inefficiencies.Assist in data analysis, reporting, and preparation of technical documents.Participate in shutdown / turnaround planning, execution, and post-job documentation.Coordinate with clients, site teams, QA/QC, HSE, and planning for timely completion of tasks.Ensure compliance with Descon HSE Quality standards.Familiar with SAP utilization, data posting, Diesel monitoring, spare parts record, daily reporting, consumable availability.Required Skills CompetenciesTechnical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP basic knowledge preferred.AutoCADBehavioural Competencies:Strong coordination and communication skills.Analytical and detail oriented.Teamwork, discipline, and field adaptability.Safety-first mindset.QualificationsBachelor of Electrical /mechanical engineering.23 years experience in EP operations or industrial maintenance /shutdowns.
