This role demands an experiencedMechanical Engineerwith strong expertise in Bids contractual obligations for Turnarounds and Retrofit Projects of the Oil Gas industries in Pakistan.Key Responsibilities:Review ITB and contractual documents to identify and determine obligations and risk factors related to the bid.Evaluate and analyze proposals to check the accuracy of all results for a comprehensive technical and commercially viable proposal for review by Management.Review Technical Documents likeProject Schedules, Project Organization Charts, Resource Deployments, Method Statement etc.and commercial documents likeBid Package and Client Price Schedule.Guide pre-mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.Project Cost Financial Management, ensuring budget adherence and cost control.Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.Requirements:Education:Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering(mandatory).Experience:Minimum 4-5 yearsof extensive experience in proposals, bids, and estimation for Turnaround, EPC Retrofit projects.Skills:Proven expertise in managing/executing shutdowns, turnarounds and retrofit projects.Strong Technical acumen in proposals and cost estimation with a track record of generating new opportunities.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
