The company is dedicated to crafting intelligent solutions that empower businesses to thrive in an increasingly connected world.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for 01 position located in Karachi, for an ERP Sales Marketing Head. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the marketing operations, performing market research, and coordinating public relations campaigns. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities to expand market presence, building customer relationships, leading sales initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business objectives.Job Responsibilities:Establish and grow QALB ERP solution as a preferred choice for SMEs and large enterprises in Pakistan.Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve aggressive annual recurring revenue (ARR) and sales targets.Develop and implement a comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategy tailored to the specific dynamics, industry verticals (e.g., Textile, Pharma, FMCG, Services), and competitive landscape of the Pakistani market.Define clear revenue targets, sales quotas, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.Personally manage and drive key strategic accounts and high-value, complex deals involving C-level executives and boards.Oversee proposal development, contract negotiation, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market penetration.Lead weekly/monthly pipeline reviews, providing accurate forecasting and ensuring the health and progression of the sales funnel from lead generation to closure.Implement best practices in CRM usage and sales process adherence.Design and execute localized GTM strategies for new product features and market segments, ensuring alignment with the sales objectives.Determine the optimal blend of digital marketing, content creation, events, and direct outreach appropriate for the Pakistani B2B software ecosystem.Direct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis on local and international ERP/software players operating in Pakistan.Use insights to refine product positioning, pricing, and messaging for local relevance and impact.Oversee all marketing and lead generation activities, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality, qualified leads (MQLs and SQLs) to the sales team.Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimize ROI on all campaigns.Act as a primary spokesperson for the company in Pakistan, representing the brand at industry events, conferences, and media engagements (e.g., PASHA events, industry panels).Requirements:Required 7-8 Years of Experience, in the same domain.Graduation or Master’s in IT or relevant field.Proficiency in Marketing Management and Public Relations for effective communication and promotional activities.Strong skills in ERP Sales to establish and grow client relationships while meeting sales targets.Proven ability to lead teams and develop data-driven marketing strategiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsOfferings:Market Competitive Remuneration.Provident Fund.Saturday Sunday Off, along with Friday Meal.Playing Area at Workplace.Excellent Working Culture.Leaves Gazette Holidays.
