Track and update all tickets through official systems (e.g., Email or CRM). Act as operational focal point for assigned corporate customers.Maintain SLA timelines for Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and escalation response.Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports (faults, restorations, SLA).Ensure all operational activities comply with PTCL SOPs and quality standards.Support regional initiatives for process improvement and automation. Participate in periodic reviews with management to highlight operational challenges and performance.Ensure team readiness, tool availability, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULQualificationBachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science from HEC recognized universityTechnical Competency:FTTH KnowledgeProblem AnalysisPTCL Group’s family-centric policies, offering 6-month maternity and 30-day paternity leave, along with a hybrid work model, redefine the workplace for a balanced and fulfilling career.
