Job Title: Accounts Finance ExecutiveLocation:LahoreEmployment Type:Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveAccounts Finance Executiveto manage day-to-day financial operations, support multi-region accounting activities, and contribute to the improvement of financial processes and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting systems, ERP environments, and Pakistan Taxation along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations AccountingManage end-to-endAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor communication, invoice processing, collections, and reconciliations.Handlegeneral ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.PrepareProfit Loss statements, financial reports, and assist in consolidated group reporting.Overseepayroll preparation, processing, and disbursement, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Maintain accurate financial records, supporting internal controls and audit requirements.ERP Systems ManagementWork onERP, including chart of accounts setup, data migration, and configuration.Record financial transactions across accounting platforms such asOdoo, Zoho Books, or similar systems.Automate recurring transactions and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.Taxation ComplianceAssist withtax filings and compliance, withholding tax, and regulatory reporting.Coordinate with internal tax teams and external consultants for timely submissions.Banking Cash Flow ManagementMonitor and reconcilebank accounts, daily cash transactions, and petty cash.Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, payment processing, and issue resolution.Supportcash flow planningand maintain vendor payment schedules.Strong knowledge of Banking portals and statuary compliance.Intercompany Revenue ManagementManageintercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and reconciliations.Supportrevenue recognition, ensuring accurate presentation of accrued income by service timelines, resource utilization, and project milestones.Prepare and issue customer invoices with correct service classification and tax treatment.Employee Financial ServicesProcessemployee reimbursements, settlements, and provident fund disbursementswith accuracy and within timelines.Required Skills CompetenciesProficiency in accounting software such asOdoo, Zoho Books, Xero, or similar systems.Strong command ofAdvanced Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and automated reporting.Solid knowledge offinancial operations, reconciliations, payroll, and vendor management.Ability to analyze financial data and support strategic decision-making.Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments and regions.QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Part-qualifiedACCAor similar professional certification (preferred).35 years of experience in accounts, finance, or ERP-based financial operations.
