You will lead multi-country financial processes spanning Pakistan and Vietnam, strengthen ethical financial practices, and enable better decision-making through timely, accurate, and insightful reporting.Your role will safeguard transparency, reinforce discipline across shared services, and help shape a sustainable and high-integrity financial future for the organization.You Are Good AtLeading financial governance and shared services in complex, cross-border environmentsDesigning and implementing strong internal control frameworks and audit protocolsEnsuring compliance with IFRS, internal policies, and local statutory standards across multiple jurisdictionsDriving timely and accurate financial closings: monthly, quarterly, and annuallyLeading financial consolidation across CCL Group, including Vietnam operationsPreparing financial statements and reports that support strategic decision-makingOverseeing tax operations, regulatory filings, and legal complianceReviewing financial clauses in contracts, managing commercial risks, and supporting governance forumsLeading and mentoring global finance teams with clarity and empathyDriving stakeholder alignment across finance, legal, regulatory, and business unitsManaging ERP-based financial systems and leveraging automation for efficiencyPromoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and ethical conductWhat Youll BringChartered Accountant (CA) qualification is requiredMinimum 10 years of experience in financial control, compliance, or shared servicesPrevious experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG environments is preferredStrong command over IFRS, taxation, and regulatory compliance frameworksHands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalentAbility to communicate complex financial insights to senior leadership clearlyExceptional ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate financial dataProven leadership of geographically dispersed and cross-functional teamsHigh levels of integrity, discretion, and strategic thinkingWho Youll Work WithThis role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and works closely with internal finance, tax, legal, and regulatory teams, as well as external auditors and government bodies in both Pakistan and Vietnam.CCL Pharmaceuticals teams are united by a shared belief that great work happens when people feel valued, empowered, and supported.
