You willnot just be a developer; you will be theChief Architect. You will inherit the current codebase(Laravel/React), stabilize it, move it to AWS, and eventually, if required, re-architect it fromscratch to support scale.You will work directly with the founders to build “Mission Critical” features that drive revenue forbusinesses, usingVoice AI, LLMs, and Automation.The Mission: Fix, Build, ScaleYou will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the application. Your immediate roadmapincludes:1. Platform Stabilization AWS MigrationFix Core Bugs:Immediately resolve issues with Outlook/GSuite email integration, SMSdelivery failures, and the Chat Widget display.Security Architecture:Fix user permission issues and ensure strict data segregation(Multi-tenancy) so users never see each other’s data.AWS Migration:Move the current setup to a scalableAWS architecture(EC2, RDS,S3) ensuring high availability.2. Building The “Big 5” Revenue FeaturesYou will lead the development of these five criticalFeatures:Missed Call Text Back:Logic to detect missed calls via Twilio and instantly trigger SMSretention workflows.Text-to-Pay:Integrate Stripe/Fintech APIs to generate payment links and send them viaSMS/Chat.One-Tap Review Requests:Automated workflows to request Google Reviews via SMSafter calls.AI Call Summaries:Integrate LLMs to transcribe recorded calls and auto-generatebullet-point summaries of the conversation.Agentic CRM Automation:Build AI agents that “listen” to calls/texts andautomaticallypopulate the CRM(e.g., extract Name, Budget, Stage) without human data entry.3. AI LLM ImplementationDeployAgentic AIthat can handle inbound chat/text conversations and bookappointments autonomously.Set up and manage servers to host open-source models (Llama/Mistral) to reducedependency on expensive external APIs.The “10x Developer” ProfileWe don’t want someone who just follows instructions.
