Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field24 years of experience combining engineering and growth experimentationStrong engineering background with hands-on experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or PythonExperience working with frontend and/or backend systemsHands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, Apollo, or similar outbound toolsSolid understanding of growth funnels, outbound sales, and lead generation strategiesExperience with analytics, tracking, and experimentation frameworks, including A/B testingFamiliarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, and SegmentExperience working with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or SalesforceKnowledge of email deliverability, outreach automation, and campaign optimizationAbility to move fast, execute independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentPrior startup or agency growth experience is a strong plusResponsibilities:Build, run, and iterate on growth experiments across product and outbound channelsAutomate and optimize outbound workflows using tools such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, or similar platformsDesign, implement, and continuously improve lead acquisition and conversion funnelsSet up tracking, analytics, and performance dashboards to measure growth impactCollaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align growth initiativesRapidly prototype, test, and ship growth-focused features and experimentsAnalyze experiment results, derive insights, and iterate based on data and performance metrics
