This is a hands-on operational role, focused on hiring support, basic HR administration, employee coordination, and compliance, rather than strategic HR leadership.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Hiring Support Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines. Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.2. HR Operations Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, and leave records. Support onboarding and exit formalities. Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries.3. Performance Employee Coordination Support basic performance review processes and documentation. Track probation confirmations and appraisal timelines Assist management in employee coordination and follow-ups.4. Policies Compliance (Basic) Implement existing HR policies and procedures. Ensure basic compliance with Pakistan labor laws and internal guidelines.________________________________________Qualifications Requirements Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.24 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or small organization.
