The role involves tracking receivables, coordinating inventory reporting, and supporting order-to-invoice processes across teams.Key Responsibilities:Track and compile customer receivables and follow up on outstanding balancesMatch inventory reports with sales and warehouse recordsCoordinate and forward online orders to relevant internal teamsGenerate invoices and maintain billing recordsPrepare and compile monthly financial and operational reportsConduct and support physical inventory counts at the factoryTrack product returns and replacements and reconcile related recordsRequirement: must be fluent in reading and writing English, must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel JOB DETAILS Job Title: Junior Finance Manager
