Job PurposeResponsible for assisting in monthly financials, daily transactional analysis, HRMS validation and update, preparation of monthly financials, assist in annual plan and group MBO reviews, consolidation of monthly provisions, assist in cost allocation of support units.Key Result Areas:Assist in preparation of Monthly Financial Pack, Annual Plan and Group Head MBO reviewsDaily download of GL transactional dump, HR data dump and analysisTracking of expense daily, comparison to Plan and variance analysisPreparation of reclass, rectification entries and coordination with CADCoordination with PICG on correct mapping of Employees cost centreValidating and Preparing Upload data for Headcount into PortalAssist in monthly Provision files – Collation, Review and Submission- Bank wideAssist in monthly cost allocation for support unitsAd hoc expense and headcount reporting at bank levelValidate data accuracy for MicroStrategy, Power BI other automation tools enabler unitsConsistent review of all accounting manuals, procedures, policies MashreqIdentify areas to automate the process and in line with the bank policyKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Accounting / Commerce Graduate within minimum 2-3 years of related system experienceStrong Analytical Skill with Excel, Word, MIS reporting, and Power Point with good presentation communication skills.Basic knowledge of Banks operating system specifically Oracle related applications.Teamwork, punctuality, Innovation, Willingness to take more responsibility.Professional, with a proven track record of integrity and ethical values without any doubt.
