Likeelive Pakistan SVIP OperationsResponsibility:1. SVIP High-Value User Management- Collaborate with HQ to maintain daily SVIP operations and ensure timely delivery of SVIP privileges.- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value users through regular communication and insight-based engagement.- Understand user needs through regular communication and data insights, and contribute to user operation strategies improvement.2. Livestream User Operations (South Asia- Manage day-to-day service and interaction with livestreaming users.- Conduct regular research, follow-ups, and user care to improve user experience, activity, spending scale, and retention.3.
