Role OverviewThe Air Travel Manager will oversee and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for Fatima Group employees and Directors by coordinating with the approved panel of travel agencies. The role ensures seamless travel planning, cost-effectiveness, compliance with travel policies, and high-quality service delivery across all Fatima Group entities.Key Responsibilities1. Travel Coordination ManagementManage alldomestic air travel arrangementsfor Directors and Head Office employees (Lahore), based on travel requests received through email or official channels.Lead and executeinternational air travel arrangementsfor Directors and employees across the entire Fatima Group.Review travel requirements, propose best routing options, and provide accurate travel solutions aligned with business needs.2. Travel Advisory SupportProvide up-to-datevisa processing guidance, documentation requirements, and advisory support for international travelers.Arrangeinternational travel insurancefor employees through approved panel travel agents, ensuring timely issuance and compliance.3. Cost OptimizationEnsurecost-effective travel planningby comparing fare options, special corporate rates, and promotional offers from panel travel agencies.Maintain oversight and regularly review market fares to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.4. Vendor Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with shortlisted panel travel agencies to ensure timely booking, ticket issuance, amendments, and cancellations.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to provide a smooth travel experience.5. Documentation, Compliance Financial ProcessingMaintain complete travel records including itineraries, ticket copies, invoices, and approvals.Ensure timely reporting, including travel dashboards, cost summaries, and exception reports.Qualification ExperienceAcademicMinimumBachelors Degreefrom a recognized institution.TrainingCertification or training inAir Booking Reservation Systems(Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is preferred.ExperienceMinimum7-10 years of experiencein a similar role, preferably in a corporate travel management or travel agency environment handling high-volume domestic international travel.
