Group Head – Retail Banking

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign institution.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in banking or financial institutions, including 5 years in senior management roles.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail banking strategy for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Launch new deposit and asset products in line with market trends.
- Drive asset and liability growth through multi-channel acquisition activities.
- Oversee collection and recovery performance.
- Develop government/institutional deposit channels.
- Monitor performance, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Manage branch network performance and compliance.
- Lead, train, and motivate retail banking staff.
