Location:DHA Phase 5 – LahoreTimings:9 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday)Industry:Flour / Food ManufacturingExperience Required:5 Years (Manufacturing Industry Wheat, Rice, or Food Industry preferred)If you do NOT have experience managing operations in a Manufacturing/Food-related industry (Wheat, Rice, FMCG, Flour Mills, etc.), please do NOT apply.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end operations of the mill, ensuring optimal production efficiency.Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounts, Procurement, and Quality Control teams.Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of operational KPIs.Oversee inventory management, raw material planning, dispatches, and logistics flow.Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.Identify process gaps and implement improvements for cost control and operational efficiency.Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for senior management.Handle workforce management, shift planning, and performance monitoring.Resolve operational issues proactively to avoid downtime or delays.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry (preferably Wheat, Rice, Flour Mill, Food Industry or FMCG).Proven experience in managing cross-department operations.Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain, logistics, and inventory systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and reporting skills.
