This role is for someone who has actually managed paid advertising accounts, not just boosted posts or followed instructions.What You Will Be DoingPlanning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta and GoogleHandling campaigns end to end, from setup to optimization and scalingManaging Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion trackingMonitoring performance daily and making data-driven optimizationsTesting creatives, audiences, and messaging across platformsManaging multiple ad accounts and campaigns at the same timeWorking closely with internal teams to align paid ads with overall messaging, positioning, and funnel strategyTranslating performance data and audience insights into clear direction for creatives and copyTaking ownership of performance and outcomesWhat We Are Looking ForTwo or more years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google AdsExperience working with both B2B and B2C campaignsStrong understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance dataComfortable managing campaigns independently without constant oversightTech savvy and confident with ad platforms, dashboards, and analyticsAble to multitask and prioritize across multiple campaignsClear written communication and reporting skillsResults-focused mindsetRole expectationsThis is a part-time role initially, with the potential to expand based on performanceThis is an in-house position.
