About the roleWe want a Google Ads focused marketer who understands the basics of paid search and ishungry to become very strong at it. You will help us run and optimise campaigns forBlockmob and our clients across SaaS, mobile apps, consumer apps, trading tools andselected crypto or forex products.What you will do Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, andbasic Display Perform keyword and audience research based on each clients goals Write clear, high-intent ad copy and extensions Set up and maintain conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager or similar tools Monitor performance and optimise bids, budgets, keywords and audiences Work with designers and copywriters on ad creatives and landing page messaging Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next stepsMust have skills 1 to 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, or strong project-based experience Understanding of campaign structure, match types, negative keywords and qualityscore Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and pixels Comfortable working with numbers in Google Sheets or Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues quickly Clear written and spoken EnglishHighly recommended Familiarity with at least one of these spacesCrypto and Web3 productsForex and trading communitiesTrading or portfolio tools that connect to brokers or exchangesNice to have Experience with Google Analytics 4 Experience with lead generation funnels and landing page testing Any Google Ads certificationsWhat we offer Advanced internal training on high-performance Google Ads Access to live client accounts with real budgets Mentorship from experienced performance marketers Growth path to Senior Performance Marketer or Account Lead We want a Google Ads focused marketer who understands the basics of paid search and is hungry to become very strong at it.
