Production Lead, Rahim Yar Khan, PakistanJoin us to take your career journey to the next level!ProudlyCCIJob IdentificationWe are looking for a Production Lead to be part of our Supply Chain team in Rahim Yar Khan.What We ExpectContribute to the annual business plan in forecasting raw materials, overheads, and KPIs.Design and implement modifications at plant. Ensure effective and timely utilization of CAPEX.Ensure timely data entry for Z-Shift, production and component in SAP. Follow standard practice of maintenance module in SAPWhile managing relevant production and maintenance engineers, additionally, he may be required to work directly as production engineer at one of the assigned lines.Look after efficiency of relevant lines and utilities.Raw material yields are controlled within given targets. Tracking and controlling other major materials like, diesel, natural gas, consumables, oils and lubricants.Monitoring and adherence to production, quality, safety and environmental KPIs.Prepare and maintain production reportsTraining and monitoring of line staff to adhere GMP requirements.To monitor, improve and report raw material, packaging material, auxiliary material usage efficiency.
