We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedQA Engineerwith13 years of hands-on experiencein software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability and quality of digital products across multiple domains, including AI/ML applications, AI chatbots, workflow automation tools, modern frontend applications and SaaS platforms spanning healthcare and enterprise solutions.You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to execute test plans, validate features, perform functional and regression testing, and contribute to overall product quality throughout the development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute manual test cases for web, mobile and backend services across diverse product lines.Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand feature requirements, acceptance criteria and edge cases.Create, maintain and update test plans, test cases and test scenarios.Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, compatibility and exploratory testing.Validate AI/ML, chatbot, and data-driven features from a functional standpoint.Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.Report, track and verify defects using standard bug-tracking systems (Jira preferred).Ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify potential quality risks early.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation and workflows.Work closely with automation engineers to support test coverage and identify automation candidates.RequirementsRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field.13 years of professional experiencein software QA (manual testing focus).Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC and STLC.Hands-on experience writing test cases, test scenarios and test reports.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail or similar test management platforms.Experience with API testing (Postman or similar).Basic understanding of automation concepts; exposure to Selenium, Cypress or Playwright is a plus.Knowledge of Git-based workflows and Agile/Scrum practices.Ability to analyze requirements and think critically about edge cases and user flows.Strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred skills (Nice to Have)Exposure to AI/chatbot product testing.Familiarity with LLM or RAG-based application behavior (functional perspective).Experience testing SaaS platforms or cloud-based applications.Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python) to assist in automation tasks.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how testing fits into the process.Knowledge of performance or load testing concepts.BenefitsWhat We Offer:Market Competitive salaryDoor to Door Transportation for Female staffMonetary benefits include Eid Bonuses, Performance Bonuses, EOBI Pension plan, Paid leave compensation.Medical benefits: Family healthcare Including maternity, Family OPD reimbursable, Maternal/Paternal leaves.In-house recreational facilities: Outdoor sports area, Billiards Foosball table, Xbox Media Room, Gym facility.Other Information:Shift: NightTimings: 9:00 pm to 6:00 amLocation:PECHS Block 06, Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi.Days:Monday to FridayEmployment Type:Full-time We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedQA Engineerwith13 years of hands-on experiencein software testing.
