Summary:The Research Associate will assist the team in designing and developing research studies with appropriate tools and methodologies. The role will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, conducting comprehensive reviews, and preparing concise summaries of research findings, and ultimately draft research reports, presentations, and project documentation. Additionally, the position requires coordination with departments, stakeholders, and project partners, and maintenance of research database.Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Management, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.1-2 years of relevant experience, including conducting research and data analysis.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good presentation skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.
