You will play a key role in driving sales success by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and developing actionable insights to inform sales strategies.Things you will be doing as Sales Capability ManagerDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs and market trendsConduct market analysis, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to implement sales strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Category Management, and Operations) to ensure integrated approachesIdentify and prioritize sales opportunities, including new business development and existing customer growthDesign and deliver sales training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagementDevelop and maintain sales processes, tools and playbooks to support sales performance excellenceCoach and mentor sales leaders and teams to improve sales performance and address skill gapsCollaborate with HR to develop sales talent development plans and succession planningEstablish and track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales successAnalyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challengesDevelop and present regular sales performance reports to senior leadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales Teams, Customer Facing Teams, and Leadership)Collaborate with external partners (e.g., suppliers, distributors, and customers) to drive business growthLead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new sales strategies, processes, and technologies.What we are looking for in you?A minimum of Masters degree or equivalent from any accredited local or foreign instituteAt least 6 years of experience in sales, sales strategy, or sales capability roles, preferably in FMCGProven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and capabilitiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with sales training, coaching, and talent development Get to know us Get to know us At Shan Foods, we get it – food isnt just fuel, its connection, culture, and convenience.
