You are not phased by change and are energized to join a rapidly growing team where our goals and processes evolve every day.What You’ll DoConduct 100 cold calls per dayUse discovery questions, active listening, and knowledge of the competitive landscape to understand prospects pain points and convey how brightwheel can deliver valueSchedule product demonstrations that an Account Executive will run with prospectConfirm the prospect will attend scheduled demonstration, managing rescheduling as neededActively manage your pipeline, keeping information accurate, organized, and up-to-date, and regularly reflecting on key metricsCollaborate with your manager to identify opportunities to improve your sales process; respond quickly and with an open mind to coaching and feedbackContribute to a positive, high-performing team cultureQualities, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong English fluency (verbal and written)Cold calling experience preferred but open to someone hungry to start their sales careerGrit, resilience, and desire to exceed sales goalsExcellent communication and prioritization skillsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and organizedA proven top performer in previous experiences, consistently hitting and exceeding goalsPositive mindset with ability to navigate change and quickly adaptProficiency with CRM software and other sales tools preferredBrightwheel is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
