This role involves collecting and verifying timesheet data, calculating and processing payments, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.RESPONSIBILITIESinclude but are not limited to:Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Pakistan and Saudi Arabia across GfK and NIQ entitiesPartner with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policiesValidate payroll reports and execute salary payouts via bank transferHandle employment administration (onboarding and termination) and maintain payroll records in HR SharePointAct as first point of contact for payroll and admin queries, escalating to HRBP when neededPrepare and submit statutory reports, payments, and tax vouchers; liaise with government agencies for complianceMaintain confidentiality of payroll data and resolve finance or stakeholder queries promptlyManage Workday payroll data, integrations, and help tickets; ensure timely closure and escalate when necessaryOversee EOBI, SESSI, PF contributions, and ensure accurate submissionsRaise invoices and purchase orders in Ariba; collaborate with finance and procurement to resolve discrepanciesSupport daily HR operations and handle ad hoc payroll-related tasksQualificationsMinimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in HR, related to Payroll activitiesExperience working in HR Shared Services HubStrong understanding of Workday HR system processes.Hands-on experience with Ariba for invoice and PO management.University degree in HR, Finance or relatedExcellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced ExcelExcellent English proficiency, both written and spokenInterest in working with numbers/data and detail-orientedStrong analytical thinkingAccurate and reliable working attitudeAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)Our BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the worlds leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
