The Company has Joint Ventures with renowned international companies and is continually following an aggressive growth strategy with planned expansions, acquisitions, and penetration into new markets.PARCOis seeking applications for the position ofShift Engineer Oil Movement.Qualifications and Competencies:Bachelors Degree in Chemical / Petroleum Engineering from a HEC recognized university.Strong familiarity with DCS operations and Permit to Work (PTW)systems, including compliance requirements.Proven ability to conduct quality control analysis to ensure product specifications and standards.Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.Experience:Up to 8 years of relevant experience in Petroleum Refinery/ Petrochemical industry including Fertilizer.Experience of tank farm, product blending and pipeline operations.Experience of DCS (Distributed Control System), preferable YOKOGAWA Centum – VP/ Honeywell Experion – PKS.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the shift team (including Field Operators and DCS Operators) of Tankage, Blending Pipeline operations ensuring safe and smooth plant operation in line with SOPs.Ensure safe equipment handover for maintenance activities and oversee effective re-commissioning.Manage day-to-day operational and maintenance activities related to oil movement.Monitor process parameters and laboratory results, taking timely corrective actions to maintain operations within normal limits.Coordinate closely with Utilities, Maintenance, Laboratory, and other Process Units to ensure reliable and healthy plant operations.Ensure continuous monitoring of equipment for safe, efficient, and reliable performance, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness.Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve operational, safety, and environmental issues.Location:MuzaffargarhPARCO is an equal-opportunity employer.
