We are seeking a skilled and creative Short Video Editor to join our Video Content Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, understands modern short-form video trends, and can edit fast, engaging, and platform-optimized content. You will work closely with producers, hosts, and the creative team to deliver daily short videos that match PakWheels brand tone and audience expectations. You will also have to work at events on the go.ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form videos (10180 seconds) for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.Work closely with the short video producer, team lead and content team to refine ideas, pacing, and storytelling.Sync and clean audio, add transitions, text overlays, sound effects, and background music.Maintain a consistent editing style aligned with PakWheels branding.Adapt edits for trends, memes, and platform-specific engagement strategies.Color correction, basic motion graphics, and sound design where required.Manage and organize project files, assets, and backup footage efficiently.Deliver content on tight deadlines, often multiple videos per day.Ensure content meets platform guidelines and performs well in terms of CTR, watch-time, and retention.Stay updated on editing trends, automotive content styles, and viral formats.Qualfication13 years of experience in short-form video editing.Shooting on an iPhone.Proficiency in Capcut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro.Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends.Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.Good understanding of audio levelling, color grading, and visual composition.Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with basic motion graphics (Premiere/CapCut animations).Interest or knowledge of automotive content.Experience shooting content on mobile.Creative mind with ability to pitch short-form ideas.At PakWheels, we take pride in fostering a dynamic and innovative workplace culture that values collaboration and growth.
