Ensuring the allied support to the contractor team and keeping strict eye on the right methodology of working.Delegating tasks, providing guidance, and resolving any issues among workers and subcontractors.Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and addressing hazards.Scheduling labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines and budgets.Tracking project milestones, identifying potential delays, and reporting progress to project managers.Keeping accurate records of daily logs, safety reports, and other relevant project documentation.Ensuring work meets required standards and specifications.Effectively leading teams, communicating with various stakeholders, and resolving conflicts.Identifying and addressing issues that arise during construction, finding solutions, and escalating when necessary.Understanding construction plans, blueprints, and safety regulations.Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines.Education and Experience: DAE /B-Tech Civil/BSc Civil with minimum 5-10 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
