Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-orientedSourcing Supply Chain Associateto support procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics teams to ensure timely procurement, optimized inventory levels, and compliance with company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services in line with company policies and approved budgetsPrepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and update procurement data in ERP or purchasing systemsMaintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirementsCoordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and excess storage costsMaintain strong vendor relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and support onboarding of new suppliersSupport procurement negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency and valueAct as a liaison between suppliers and the internal receiving department by sharing documentation (packing lists, manifests) and resolving discrepancies such as damaged goods or quantity variancesCoordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and resolve supply-related issuesAssist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting purchasing metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, and spend analysisSkills CompetenciesStrong organizational and coordination skillsBasic understanding of procurement and supply chain processesAbility to work with ERP or procurement softwareStrong communication and analytical skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving ability We are seeking a detail-orientedSourcing Supply Chain Associateto support procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations.
