Key Responsibilities:Process Development IndustrializationParticipate innew product projectsby defining assembly process flow, workstation layout, and equipment/jig requirements.Ensureprocess readinessbefore SOP (Start of Production) through installation, validation, and trial runs of new equipment and tools.Prepare and updatePFMEA, WI (Work Instructions), and Process Control Plansfor assembly lines.Support theErgonomic, OHS, and Quality requirementsof assembly operations.Continuous Improvement EfficiencyIdentify and implementefficiency improvement projectstargeting productivity, manpower optimization, and cost reduction.Conducttime studies, line balancing, and workstation optimizationto improve throughput and reduce bottlenecks.Analyze assembly data and downtime to propose solutions for yield and efficiency improvement.SupportLean Manufacturinginitiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and standardization.Machine, Equipment Tooling ManagementIdentify themachine, fixture, and tool requirementsfor new products or process improvements.Prepare technical specifications and supportinvestment proposals(CapEx) and supplier evaluations.Overseeinstallation, commissioning, and performance validationof new equipment.Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure reliability and safety of machines.Project Coordination ReportingPrepare and maintain project documentation: timelines, risk analyses, and progress reports.Collaborate cross-functionally withRD, Quality, Production, and Supply Chainduring product industrialization.Report improvement project outcomes in terms ofproductivity gain, cost saving, and process quality.Requirements:Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial EngineeringKnowledge ofassembly process design,line balancing, andLean manufacturing toolsUnderstanding ofproduction technologiesandequipment selectionProficient inMS Officeand basicAutoCAD/NXusage
