Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator at BESTSELLER

As a Supply Chain Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for Coordinating the Supply chain, shipping management related activities/projects with Bestseller suppliers /stakeholders in Pakistan region.More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations locally in alignment with the global framework and company strategy policies to ensure transparency, traceability, and an ethical culture throughout the department.Actively participate in updating and developing the global supply chain framework to reflect local insights and operational needs.Involve with Global logistic team and coordinating suppliers to assist them achieving on time shipments.Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure alignment with company policy and processes.Maintain and periodically update the Approved Material Supplier database for secondary material products – Trims and Packaging.Ensure accurate and timely collection of sales data from all participants in the supply chain.Manage and optimize the local supply chain to ensure high performance within the global framework, including supplier compliance with EU legislation and BESTSELLER policies.Monitor and update capacity data at the factory level to support Time and Action (TA) tracking and ensure effective capacity control.Follow up with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure sourcing aligns with EU legislation and packaging laws.Maintain tier-wise supplier certifications for validation and compliance.Track production updates through the TA process in collaboration with garment manufacturers.Ensure packaging optimization by enforcing packaging standards, including the use of standard boxes defined by the supply chain team and aligned with logistics requirements.Ensure packaging meets durability and cost requirements and that suppliers source packaging and trims from approved supply chain partners.Follow up with suppliers not adhering to approved sourcing and take corrective actions.Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of approved suppliers based on performance and compliance with BESTSELLER minimum requirements.Provide training to suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments on updated portals and processes.Coordinate complaints received from garment suppliers with TIER 2 suppliers where necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, product development, quality, and external business partners.Participate actively in developing and implementing the global supply chain framework and ensure its effective local execution.AssignmentsCoordinate / organize supplier meeting with managementCoordinate/ logistic teams, suppliers and shipping linesManagement reports as desired by ManagementUpdate latest Supply Chain to external Internal stakeholdersAny other task assigned by managementAssignments from global supply chain groupMonitor and manage local supply chain operations within the global frameworkActively participate in updating and developing the global supply chain frameworkUpdate capacity data for Time and Action monitoring to ensure factory-level controlEnsure approved suppliers comply with BESTSELLER policies and EU legislationManage onboarding and offboarding of approved suppliers based on performance and complianceTrack and analyze packaging and trim prices to maintain an optimal and compliant supply chainEnsure suppliers use approved packaging standards and standard boxes aligned with logistics requirementsFollow up with suppliers to ensure purchases are made from approved packaging and trim sourcesSuccess criteriaEnsuring materials in trims and packaging are bought from approved suppliersMaintaining samples from approved suppliers with updated sales figures on item levelEnsuring garment manufacturers packing using approved packaging sizes and materialsMaintaining a transparent supply chain that meets BESTSELLER’s minimum standardsEnsuring Time and Action (TA) plans are updated and monitoredTraining all manufacturers on new features in the vendor portalProper onboarding of new suppliers in the vendor portalEnsuring a competitive and resilient supply chain with approved suppliersEnsuring approved suppliers can comply with BESTSELLER standardsEnsuring transparency in the supply chain for approved suppliersImplementing the usage of materials of approved suppliers by vendorsConsolidating vendors into the approved supplier programEnsuring 100 BCI-BCCU transactions for relevant suppliers where necessaryQualificationsBachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in textile, supply chain management, or a related role within the textile industry.Strong understanding of textile supply chain dynamics, and sustainability practices.Excellent data management and analytical skills, with proficiency in using relevant software and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to w
