Offering a AI-Powered Intelligence Hub, we empower Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, governments, and the public sector to securely manage, analyze, and govern their data with complete control and compliance.Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to deliver powerful capabilities such as auto-tagging, redaction, content summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle creation, object detection and tracking, content search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial attribute detection.Job ResponsibilitiesStrong understanding of operating system fundamentals in Linux and Windows.Run and manage various services deployed on Linux and Windows, including Containers, AD/DC, DNS, Firewalls, Fileshares etc.Ensure smooth network operations involving Access Points, Managed Switches, VLANs, Routers, Firewalls, VPN, Internet Connectivity etc.Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.Maintain SLA of all the network and systems involved.Skills RequiredExperience with Linux (any distro, preferably Ubuntu) and Windows.Knowledge and Lab experience with AD/DC, DNS, DHCP etc.Knowledge and Lab Experience managing Firewalls, Switches and other networking concepts/devices.Strong knowledge of Networking Fundamentals such as IP, DNS, Subnet, VLAN, Firewall, Router, Switches etc.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Shift: Night 6pm-3am (Shift is Rotational)Qualification / ExperienceBachelors degree in computer science.Fresh or up to 2 years of experience of Network, Systems or Security.Benefits: Health Insurance (OPD/IPD), Separate Maternity Cover, Paid Vacation, Car Support Program, Referral Bonus, Annual Increment.
