Youll work closely with senior leaders across the organization, acting as both a talent advisor and tested resource to support the companys strategic hiring priorities.What Youll DoTalent Acquisition PartnerCollaborate with leaders across various teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and long-term talent goalsAdvise on talent market dynamics, role scoping, and recruitment strategies to drive optimal outcomesOwn the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer and checking in for key roles across multiple business functionsCraft compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies tailored to niche talent profilesDeliver a positive candidate experience, including but not limited to timely feedback, clarity, and professionalism throughoutProactively build and manage diverse talent pipelines leveraging a variety of sources (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, networking, referrals, etc.)Conduct market research to identify top talent across geographies and functionsScreen and assess candidates through structured interviews, technical assessments, and work samplesPartner with hiring teams to run effective and unbiased interview processesServe as a brand ambassador for Banyan and our portfolio companies; articulate our values, culture, and mission to attract top talentHelp evolve our employer brand presence in key talent marketsPartner with HR and hiring leaders to develop competitive offers and close top candidatesFacilitate seamless transitions from offer acceptance through onboardingTrack recruiting activity, analyze funnel metrics, and share insights to continuously improve hiring performanceProvide reporting and updates to internal stakeholders on hiring pipelines and trendContribute to cross-functional TA projects (e.g., DEI, referral programs, interview training)Recommend improvements to tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experienceWhat You Bring10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth, multi-function environmentProven track record hiring for a variety of roles, including senior-level, technical, and commercial positionsStrong sourcing and assessment capabilities, with a bias for proactive outreach and market intelligenceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsable to influence and advise at all levelsComfortable working across time zones and geographies; global recruiting experience strongly preferredProficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse is a plus), sourcing tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Notion)Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related fieldPreferred TraitsStrategic, consultative mindsetbalances speed with qualityNaturally curious and research-oriented; thrives in ambiguous, evolving environmentsPassionate about talent and committed to a world-class candidate experienceBeware of Recruitment ScamsWe have been made aware of individuals fraudulently posing as members of our Talent Acquisition team and extending fake job offers.
